1 General Terms

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between l89com ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "member"). l89com provides online casino, sports betting and various gaming services for users in Bangladesh.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, form a complete legal framework. l89com reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To register with l89com, you must meet the following conditions. Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all associated accounts will be closed immediately and any outstanding balance may be forfeited.

• Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds.

• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is prohibited.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

You must be 21 years of age or older to register with l89com. Participation in any form of gambling or betting by minors is strictly prohibited. l89com may request the following documents for identity verification at any time.

• Scanned copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.

Providing a false age or identity will be treated as a direct violation of the law, and l89com reserves the right to close the relevant account and forfeit all funds.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Before withdrawing the bonus, the combined amount of the original deposit and bonus must be wagered 25 times.

• The bonus may only be used once and is non-transferable.
• The bonus cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirements.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• If promotional abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 Betting Rules

All bets on l89com are settled according to the rules of the relevant game or event. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the bet was accepted incorrectly due to a technical error.

• In the case of bets affected by technical issues, l89com's decision is final.
• l89com is not responsible for bets lost due to disconnection.
• Any winnings obtained through fraud or manipulation will be forfeited.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

l89com reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances.

• Suspicious financial activity or indications of fraud.
• An account being operated by a minor.
• A court order or directive from a relevant authority.

In the event of account closure, a verification process will be completed before any valid balance (not related to a terms violation) is returned. You may also request to close your account at any time through our support team.

10 Limitation of Liability
